Hue Flow is a puzzle game published by nomoloop.space. This policy explains what information the game handles and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

Hue Flow does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information. Game progress, unlocked levels, sound settings, notification settings, and similar preferences may be stored locally on your device or in your browser.

On Android, Hue Flow may show Google AdMob banner ads and may offer Google Play in-app purchases. These services may process technical, device, advertising, purchase, and diagnostic information as described by Google.

How Information Is Used

Locally stored game data is used only to keep your progress and preferences available between sessions.

Advertising-related information is used to load, measure, protect, and improve ads. Purchase information is used to complete purchases, restore purchases, and unlock purchased features such as removing ads.

Google Play Games

Android players may sign in with Google Play Games for cloud saves and the Daily Challenge leaderboard. When signed in, Hue Flow can sync completed levels, hearts, daily challenge results, best move counts, and the remove-ads entitlement with Google's saved games service. Daily scores may appear with your Play Games identity according to your Google profile visibility settings. The Play Games SDK also processes account, usage, and diagnostic information. These features use Google's services; Hue Flow does not operate a separate account server.

Deleting Your Data

To remove local progress and preferences, clear Hue Flow's app storage in Android settings, or clear this site's browser data for the web version. To remove cloud progress and leaderboard data, use Google Play Games settings to delete the game data for Hue Flow. Follow Google's game-data deletion instructions. Clear local data as well before signing in again to avoid uploading your existing local progress.

For help or a data request, email xuyanglucky@icloud.com with the subject "Hue Flow data deletion". Do not send passwords. Google controls retention of Google Play purchase records and data processed by its advertising and gaming services under its policies; deleting game progress does not cancel purchases or delete your Google account. Hue Flow has no separate developer-hosted copy of your cloud save.

Notifications

If notification features are available, Hue Flow will request permission before enabling them. You can disable notifications through the game, browser, or operating system settings.

Saved Images and Sharing

Hue Flow can save puzzle images to your device or open the system share sheet when you choose to export or share content. Shared text or images are sent only to the app or service you select. Those third-party apps handle the shared content under their own privacy practices.

Purchases

Android in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Hue Flow does not receive your full payment card details. The game may receive and store purchase status locally so purchased features remain available.

Advertising

The Android version may use Google AdMob to display banner ads. Google may collect or receive information such as your IP address, advertising identifiers, device information, app interactions, ad views, ad clicks, and diagnostic data to provide advertising, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention services. You can manage ad personalization through your Google account and device settings where available.

Third-Party Services

Hue Flow may use third-party services including Vercel or another hosting provider for the web version, Google AdMob for advertising, and Google Play for purchases and app distribution. These providers may process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser or device type, request time, advertising identifiers, transaction information, and diagnostic logs, to deliver, protect, analyze, and improve their services.

Children's Privacy

Hue Flow is intended as a general puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or its hosting changes. The updated version will be posted on this page.
